Valentopia Coupon Booklets at Target with $10 in Savings! (and a Meijer deal!)
My local Target store was handing out these “Valentopia” coupon booklets today! They include $10 in savings and here’s what is included:

Now, if you are a Meijer shopper, you might want to grab a few of these booklets! Meijer is having a three-day President’s Day sale Saturday, 2/16 through Monday, 2/18, and there is a “Buy 10 Get $10 Instant Savings deal” included. Better still, Magnum Ice Cream bars are part of the instant savings deal, and will be priced at $2.00 after $10 instant savings (assuming you buy ten products). You will be able to use up to four of the $1/1 Target store coupons for Magnum included in these Valentopia coupon booklets in one transaction at Meijer, so that’s four boxes of Magnum Ice Cream bars at just $1/box (if your local Meijer accepts competitor’s coupons).
