Meijer Shopping, 1/23/2013
Headed out to Meijer this morning, mostly to get my kids the rest of their snack requests for the long bus ride to Washington DC tonight (purchased separately). While I was there, I did some coupon shopping! Here’s what I bought:
8 boxes Purina One Beyond Cat Food, $2.49 ea, $19.92. Used eight Free coupons from the 1/13 RP
8 boxes South Beach Diet Bars, $1.99 ea, $15.92. Used eight $3/1 South Beach Diet Printables (adjusted down)
4 Jello Mix-Ins, $1.00 ea, $4.00. Used two 0.80/2 from the 1/13 SS
2 Finish, $2.69 ea with raincheck, $5.38. Used two $2.15/1 from the 1/6 SS
2 Chex Mix, 0.99 ea, $1.98. Used two 0.50/1 Chex Mix Printables
10 El Monterey Burritos, $1.00 ea, $10.00. Used ten fiveĀ BOGO Free El Monterey Printables (Change your zip to 10001 on this page first)
Total after coupons was $12.09 with a savings of $67.06!
I’m very happy to see that some of the South Beach Diet bars are labelled Gluten Free! My little guy will be so happy. Also I wanted to mention that even though the sign for the El Monterey Burritos goes through 1/27, the burritos I purchased rang up at $1.39. The cashier adjusted for me, but YMMV on this one. And I’ve got some new deals to share, so stay tuned!

Question on the line
10 El Monterey Burritos, $1.00 ea, $10.00. Used ten BOGO Free El Monterey Printables
Is there no limit on the number of Q’s per transaction?
Using 10 BOGO fully refunded the $10 spent or FREE for all ten. Why didn’t the register beep on the 6 through 10 coupons? Does this imply that on a BOGO if only 1 is bought the item is free with BOGO coupon?
Thanks for catching my typo, Kevin. I used only five of the printables, making the net cost 0.50 each
